It was a two stage process. First was an assignment with a limited time once started. Once that stage was passed, there was a panel interview with at least 3 people. The HR communicated time and panelists which was helpful.

They asked questions regarding my suitability for the technical area of work. Particularly important was awareness on the safety implications and willingness to take the job with this understanding
