1 phone screen with lead recruiter, 3 interviews with Program and Production managers focused on your background and skills, and 1 interview with the CEO doing basically a vibe check. The program and production managers were very nice and seemed interested in getting to know you as a candidate, seemed passionate for the company and industry. CEO showed up 15 min late to the interview and didn’t even seem to care that I was there (understand that CEOs are busy, but just felt like a huge waste of time).
