Hr round is first.. then manager round.. both was telephonic.. then questions on Apple products. Almost it was a simple interview. All rounds was in telephonic. Hr is very supportive. For training we have to go to bengaluru

HR only nothing more than that,rest of the time they will explain about the. Company. You are just there to listen and say yes if you want to work,but they will not tell you that you will be working in a service centre, basically a shop.
