Was basically ghosted for an interview. Someone reached out to set up a phone screen for the next day. When it was time for the interview, no one joined the call. Waited the whole 30 minutes for any sign someone was going to join or reach out. Emailed both the person who set it up and hiring manager and never heard a word back. Extremely bummed because I spent a lot of time preparing for the interview. Also had to hire a babysitter so I could attend the interview. They had no regard for my time and it sounds like others are having the same sort of experience as well.

Overall, extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
I had at least 3 interviews- I spoke with the hiring manager on Zoom at least twice, plus I spoke with 3 members of the Product Specialist team on Zoom before an in-person presentation and interview.
The Zoom meetings were great- everyone was friendly, open, and welcoming. I really felt that they valued my experience and that I would fit in well with the organization.
Then came the in-person interview. I was interviewed in a hotel suite by 3 white men (I am a woman)- clearly diversity or representation was not front of mind for this company. During the interview I did a demo presentation, during which time two of the interviewees were supposed to act as potential clients, but they cut up and did things like make inside jokes- very unprofessional.
After the demo, we moved to the more traditional question and answer portion of the interview. One of the men told me I should go back to teaching (um, no thanks, I'm a grown woman and I can make my own career decisions) and then told me I'd never get the same amount of validation from the position I was applying for as I did as a teacher (he knows nothing about my experience or context as a teacher). It was very condescending.
The worst thing about all of this was that I paid over $700 to fly to a different city and do the in-person interview. I was told I'd be reimbursed, but it took over six weeks for me to receive the reimbursement funds and I had to send multiple follow-up emails asking for the money.

I was reached out to you for an interview that was scheduled for a Friday at 4:30 PM. The day of the interview the recruiter I was supposed to speak to never got on the call. When I emailed the company the response I got was sorry for the inconvenience. It was rescheduled for the following week. The interview was super basic and everything I was asked was listed on my résumé. I was told the next step would be to meet with a hiring manager. Never heard from them again and they never responded to my follow up email. It seems like most people who end up working for them are happy with our job, but their HR department seems like a nightmare.
