I applied online in Dec. 2025 and the recruiter reached out to me at the end of Jan. 2026. The process included multiple technical rounds (coding + system design) followed by a hiring manager discussion. The engineers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the questions were relevant to the role they were hiring for. The hiring manager round went deep into real-world system ownership and production scenarios, which I found valuable.

First recruiter was very responsive and willing to answer questions. Got swapped to another recruiter partway through the process, who was non-responsive and failed to respond to any emails I sent. Took nearly two months to complete the entire interview loop. Hiring manager was very friendly.
