I was shy and nervous before I met the pannel but to my surprise they were very accommodating and welcoming. I started to relax. The interview was smooth because they were really friendly and gave me enough to think and answer. They encouraged me to remain calm and relaxed and even offered me a glass of water. Best pannel I've come across.
