There are two interviews: 1. Technical and 2. With R & D head. It is so friendly and easy to handle. Employers are so knowledged and smart. I have cleared interview on the base of my basic technical knowledge.

They generally want you to know basic electronics components, and the way they work theoretically.
Once you complete the technical round, and if you r selected, you will be asked to give the HR interview.
