Received an email with a interview appointment. Met with a panel of 3 individuals who were all very approachable. Began with the typical tell me about yourself. Each person took turns asking situational and technical questions. Very straight forward and relaxed interview environment. They stated in the beginning for the situational questions they wanted a problem, action taken, and the outcome. The technical questions were very simple and straight forward, anyone with a mechanical background could of answered then easily.
