It was a panel interview with people representing a number of offices. The questions were fairly standard and there was a clear prompt of questions they were required to ask.

Interview was well structured and paced. I was allowed to meet key members of the team, get answers to my questions, and felt well prepared for what to expect at each round.

How do you manage stakeholders that are not in agreement?
Describe a time in which a unexpected technical blocker caused you to readjust the approach/scope of work.
Fair questions. Virtual interview that lasted about 30 minutes or so. The directors I interviewed with were knowledgeable and also starting out in a new division. Star method for answering questions is preferred according to Amtrak.
