In person interview process as well as virtual with the hiring manager and maybe another individual of management. Depending on the position you apply for determines if you undergo 1 or 2 interview sessions,
Talked with the recruiter a few times and was set up for first round interviews. First round went well and the recruiter reached out for availability for the next round. However, a 2nd round was never scheduled. I followed-up a few times and never got a response.

I applied for a job at Amwins and they promptly scheduled an interview for me. Throughout the interview process, they kept me updated with necessary information. The interview went smoothly, although I wasn't ultimately offered the position. Nonetheless, I received valuable feedback from the interview, which I was able to use to improve my performance in my next interview.
