Applied for job around December 2012 and got called for an interview a couple of months later. There was no communication in between. The interview consisted of Technical Interview, Tours and HR Interview. The HR Interview was a text book, tick the box exercise. The technical interview was more challenging and focussed on electronic course work mainly and some project work. The tours were good. It took a good while after again to hear anything back. Overall, the process is good but its long and drawn out. The technical interviewers and tours were good though so overall I'd give the process 7/10.
