Applied online and received email from hiring manager, followed by 2 phone screens with managers. Invited for 2x half day interviews with managers and several team members. Received offer 4-6 weeks later

I was a recent college graduate at the time, asked some technical questions but mainly tried to gauge my level of interest and enthusiasm
The process was smooth, the first interview was mainly foucus on the behaviour, the interviewee wasn't ask any diffcult question but some project and intern experience. I haven't received any feedbakc yet.

There are two interviewers in the initial interview. First, they ask you some things about yourself and then, they proceeded to the technical questions. The interviewers are really nice and very approachable.
