3 different techical interviews with different technical people, each has lasted 45 mins, interviews were online, interviewers were in different domains, questions were not so hard, hands on programming was easy, ı couldnt get any feedback either positive or negative, sent an email to interviewer after 3 weeks and couldnt get any feedback as well, it is so rude also shows that there is a toxic environment in the company

First, a 1hr interview with the hiring manager.
Then, a 7hr interview with their team.
Got positive feedback during interview.
Super slow in responding. Had been a month and no response yet!! Not sure what they are doing. They should reject and not waste their and my time!

Feels like AD adopted modern interview process but have no idea how to use it. Had a 4.5 hours interview with 6 different people and EVERY one asked me the same questions. I understand they want to know me better, so why not having one meeting where i would go over my experience and answer the same technical questions?
In the meantime, managers couldn't answer clearly how the development process is build, maybe NDA? i don't know. One dev evaded my questions, and asked me back the same immediately.
