The panel was friendly. They took 1 technical interview for almost 1 hour after that HR round was there. nice experience. Questions were basics. Clear your basics to get the offer.

- phone screen was good, recruiter gave me a good understanding about the position.
- then ghosted me for 4 weeks
- recruiter reached out again to schedule a Zoom interview with hiring manager
- got feedback next day to interview with head of department
- then ghosted me again, it’s been 4 weeks
It seems like if they need something from you they chase you down without giving you reasonable time. When they don’t need you they just ghosted you, never heard back.
It would be nice to at least reply email and give Candidates update on status. It is frustrating to experience this kind of interview.

No coding or other technical questions. Just ask about previous projects and case studies. The interviewer is nice and polite. The whole interview is quick, only takes about 30 mins.
