Colloquio
The first step is to complete an online test, combining verbal and quantitive contents. Then onsite, go to the office directly, meet 4~5 people of manager, tech, data, hr. If everything goes well, might be another onsite, meet another 3~5 people, sometimes some duplicate persons. Then after a long time waiting they'll let you know the result.
pros: good team, some good people
cons: inefficiency process, sometimes chaos

There was one HR round and several technical rounds, covering project experience and technical skills assessment. The interviewers were very friendly and guided the process, so the overall experience was good.
