It's a slow process with a lot of interviews/Stages. There's no clear picture about the process and how the candidate stands. There's also a lack of feedback—just interviews over interviews with different stakeholders. There are long periods without feedback or touching base. There's one interview, then a long period without hearing back (days, weeks), then getting back to schedule another interview...and so on.

Four one on one interviews focusing on background knowledge and someone would approach an applied problem. Also some more general behavioral questions. Not much to say beyond that- very focused on individual conversations with layers of hiring managers. There's a minimum word count here but that's it.
