I applied to a role via linkedin and a recruiter from Analytic Recruiting responded the same day, had me register, interviewed me and submitted me to the client. She understood my background and technical skillset and ultimately applied me to 3 other roles, 2 of which I also interviewed for. They worked quickly and I got a job offer after a 2 month interview process. I worked with two recruiters at AR.com during the process and found them both knowledgeable. fast and extremely professional as ultimately my negotiation situation got complicated due to my Visa status.
