I was contacted very quickly after applying by TracyH. She made me very comfortable, and the phone screening was great (30min). She thought I might be a good fit for the job, and she moved quickly, the process went really quick after that. I had 2 other phone interviews the next week (via Zoom, 30 min), Tracy gave details about who the interviewers were and why they were chosen to interview. She always gave very quick feedback which was fantastic. I went to the last step, onsite interviews . Information to go to Anaplan were very complete, very clear. My interviewers were my would-be manager, another manager and the Director of Technology and IT. They were really kind with me. However, I felt one of them did not have the same vision and scope for the job as the direct manager. I told the direct manager, and we went on talking. After the onsite, I did not get immediate feedback, as there were other candidates. After the onsite interview, I got a job offer from another company, so I asked Anaplan if they had made their choice. Tracy checked the status and called me, which I really appreciated. She explained why they would not offer me the job, which I really appreciated. The interviews always started on time, very well organized. Tracy was very supportive and encouraging. Very good experience of a hiring process.
