Although I wasn’t offered the job, I’ve had genuinely great experience and a clear process. I loved talking to everyone involved in the process starting with a transparent conversation with Mark (internal recruiter), who’s been following all the steps and providing timely feedback and support; to meeting Paul (hiring manager), who’s been an amazing coach and total rock through all the interviews, spending additional time to guide me through expectations; to Nathan (Head of Enablement), who was absolutely clear about the profile Anaplan is looking for, sharing important and relevant details and didn’t leave any stone unturned for me to better understand the role expectations. The final presentation was a joy to work on, was very focused and during the last stage I’ve had the opportunity to meet the MD and Head of SC, who also shared their insights and asked relevant questions. I’ve never felt I failed, indeed all the feedback I received was very constructive and is helping me to get better in what I pursue.
