The interview was ok, nice people, good questions and seems very patient about the process.
It took 4 weeks overall, very friendly interviewers that seems to actually evaluate your skills, not just your resume

Colloquio
The interview process was structured and professional. It consisted of four stages, each with different engineers or managers, followed by a final conversation with a director. Throughout the process, I had regular check-ins with the HR/internal recruitment team. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, well‑organised, and supportive. The HR team, in particular, was very flexible and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and positive.
