Applied via mail in march'16. They kept my profile for future use. I got a call for interview in may end. Appeared for interview and held discussion with director. Then i gave tool test and discussed my expected package.

It was standard process , the hod asked us personal questions . Before that we were given a tour of the company about different departments they had and a brief idea about all of them .
