The interview was over the phone, and was rather relaxed. After I applied, I was sent an email about a day later to set up an interview date and time. On interview day, I was called promptly, and had a 40 minute conversation with the supervisor/interviewer. At the end of the conversation, I was given the option to move on to a second round of interviews, if I felt like the job was a right fit for me. (I declined, due to salary needs).
