Interesting since I had the initial interview I was called for a second interview 15 minutes after I left their office. I agreed to a second interview and was sent a copy of their audit report to review. They wanted me to assess any weaknesses from that information. The second interview was a panel comprised of a cross-section of staff and Board members. Each asked a series of questions which I answered and presented my audit review findings. About three days later I was made an offer.
