The whole process took 1month, starting with a telephone interview, then relaxed Conversation Style interview with a panel of four people from the applicable department, to assess skills and suitability to join the team
It was straight forward. The recruiter after initial screening automatically booked me on a call with the interview for the role.
The feedback was instant within the same day of the interview

Great interviews, except for one conducted by some sort of a contractor they use. English guy, he thinks he is very special, creepy guy. Very bad experience with him and the way he likes to drive those meetings. Too bad for a company that looks very promising despite having multiple challenges

As mentioned before, many of the interviews were great, not the one with the “contractor”
The process consisted of three steps: first there was an online English evaluation test. after, there was a technical test for about 30min and at the end I had an interview for an hour. The interview was mostly around discussing my experience. Won't say there were any surprising questions but maybe it was because of the interviewer to some extent
