group interview with two people from the firm. it was very light and mostly behaviorals. They went around ask individuals different questions each and sometimes would ask follow ups. Make sure to ask questions as well.

First I had 20 Minute phone call with HR. Then next round was just back to back 30 minute behavioral interviews (one with a manager one with a partner). After that I got the offer.

HR: tell me about yourself, why did you choose your college, why Andersen, why tax 2nd round: more conversational, just them wanting to know about me a little bit and asking if I have questions.
Two rounds of interviews that involved personality questions and a couple technical questions. Seems like they were more interested in making sure I would fit with the company and be a quick learner.
