Saw application online and applied via their website. Didn't hear anything for a month, so contacted them multiple times. Got a call about a 1.5 months after submitting my application for an in person interview. Interviewed with two managers at the CAO. Didn't hear anything for a while and a month later received an offer.

I stopped by the company booth during the career fair and later got an email for an interview. I would say it was a standard interview process. The hiring manager was responsive, but later did not get any official offer. Ended up getting ghosted.

Screening interview with an HR representative followed by 3 30 minute interviews with a senior associate, manager, and director. Then a “networking” interview with a few current associates for another 30 minutes
