two managers asking a few questions , leaving the interview room, asking for a copy of resume , acting not too impressed.(If one didnt like experience on resume why ask them in for an interview?)

more conversational, but honestly they state that their top selling agents earn over 300 grand a year. Salespeople cover hundreds of miles on their own expense. 100 percent commission job.
