I'm trying to join internship more than a month. First stage is 30 telegram bot questions, and it was awful: there are few tricky questions (in hard-skills questions!) and few broken messages, when answers are three "null" and one incorrect answer- therefore you have to choose wrong answer, because you can't answer "null". At first time I've gained 21/22, the second - 22/22 Then I was waiting for English interview: there was nothing difficult (I thought so), I answered clearly, interviewer answered "ok, good, yeah". So the day after interview I recieved rejection, because my English "wasn't so good" (I've got Pre-Intermediate/Intermediate, when they need strong Intermediate). There was only speaking, no writing or listening; in online tests I always got not below B2 level and acquaintances say my English is very good, thus this decision was heartbreaking PS. Now I talked with HR, she said "Our company does not have the competence of a language / linguistic center (specialist assessment is subjective)", so they control the fate of strangers with their own wishes

First you take an online assessment, mostly question-answers with multiple options and couple of questions providing code exempts which you should analyze to answer. After that, if you're successful, you get a technical interview where you get asked theory questions ranging from OOP base to Java, Spring, SQL and so on. In the end they give you a feedback in the form of excel table (marking how did you perform on each topic and expectations).
