Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Andes Group (Anaheim, CA) nel mese di lug 2022
Colloquio
They called to schedule a Zoom interview. I attend the Zoom interview and was told it would be 20 minutes. The interviewer first asked me about myself and then proceeded to tell me about themself. They then said what the job is about and how it is more of a training program for selling phone plans. They quickly asked if I had any questions and then said I will get a call from a random number to see if I made it to the second interview. In total it was about an 8 minute interview.
First red flag was that the interviewer had what seemed like a script that they talked quickly through. They said the position during the training was about $50,000 and after the 6 months there would be an increase to $103,000. That is not a good sign.
Second red flag, the interview was quick and before I knew it they said "have a good day" and was off the zoom. Not able to say anything else or even butt in to ask a question in the end.
Third red flag, my second interview invite came through text and there was no option to interview at another time other than the one given.
It appears as they make it seem like this is a marketing position but it really is just sales to sell phone plans. Stay away!
