It was a video call with four people. I knew immediately that it wasn't for me because 3 of the 4 people didn't talk, and two didn't even activate their video. Imagine being treated like that in person. The interview process consisted of a group interview, a real-life research exercise, and a video call with the CEO, who also did not activate his video.
