You submit your resume and cover letter. Be a grown up and make one that you'd submit to any respectable business. You'll get called in for an interview. If they like you, you'll be hired, and then you'll need to do a UA for drugs, background check, and start training.

Applied online through their website. SOon after got a call for an interview. There are 4 floors, each has a Social Worker managing. I was interviewed by 2 of the floor managers. Very laid back, friendly, straightforward interview and tour of the facility. Was able to meet the staff on the floor and talk to a few residents.
