The interview went very smoothly. Was not very intense. Involved less questions and more discussing the actual position. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. I recieved a formal offer before I even got home. Even though it is a business casual enviroment, I would recommend dressing in a suit and tie. It never hurts.
Got referred by an former work collegue who jad joined two years prior. They contacted me and I got ofered an interview in their office. The interview lasted approximately 1h. Three persons were present to interview me.

Group interview. Pretty simple case to be solved by 10 people. So simple that it's dificult to not interrupt each other and repeat what everyone else already said. Didnt feel fair, because some people would just take the stage for themselves, hurting your chances in the process.

The process was straightforward. I applied online and received a request for a video interview over MS Teams. They asked me basic questions about my resume and talked in detail about the position. It lasted about 40 minutes.
