Applied via email to the HR and the HR called a few days later for a phone screening interview which was pretty easy. Then, I received an email from the same HR who mentioned the person, date, time and location for in-person interview. Interview was with Project Manager and a project engineer. Not too many technical questions were asked and they were more focused on knowing about my technical project while at school. However, in the end I was told that they are looking for someone who has had prior experience in the control systems industry rather than a new-grad (The word "Junior" is always confusing in that sense) and I will be notified via email regarding the status of the interview. After, waiting for a couple of weeks, I sent an email asking if I need to send further information to process my application. After waiting for two months to hear back and having realized that the opportunity is gone, I got a response from the Project Manager saying that my resume will be kept on file if other opportunities arise.
