I though I had all the skills for the position, passion, experience, attitude and more at least to deserve a second interview to be assesed technically or with behavioral questions. For me it was a great fit. However, after the first screening, I was disqualified. I sensed a bit of “singsong”. I may be wrong. I don’t know if it was a formality interview and the decision was already made but it was very very disappointing. Especially, after I could not get any feedback or a reply. Just a small reply for courtesy. You could motivate to apply for future positions. I believe that I will be one of the best in my field in the future, but I will never forget. It is still broken for me now on.
Series of phone interviews to start, if you can get past the phone interviews they will fly you out to deliver to them a presentation on why they should hire you.

The recruiter discriminated against me because I'm disabled and old.
He assumed that due to my age and disability, it would not be possible for me to have "Anduril Speed". But, he never asked me if I can think or work fast.

One interview with recruiter then two interviews with two different chief engineers. Finally an onsite interview consisting of a presentation and 5-6 individual interviews. The presentation is a technical presentation on a topic of your choosing. Many of the one on one interviews were also technical.
