I first spoke with a recruiter after they reached out and informed them I wasn’t looking for a new job but they convinced me to do an interview anyways. From there I had an initial phone screen that went well followed by three more interviews on the same day with gaps between. The interviewer did a great job presenting applicable questions and not trying to come up with some crazy non-real world problem just to feel smarter than the interviewee. They also answered my questions about the company and what it is like to work there, and I felt they were very candid with me. Overall the experience was great and actually helped me decide to go from not looking for a new job to I really want to work for this company.
