Applied online. Had a telephone interview which was fairly straightforward and then a second round of interviews over the phone with two people from HR. Invited to final round of interviews thereafter.

Questions are quite general overall. Might ask you something specific on you're resume. i.e if you say you read, they might ask you what you are currently reading. Why Anglo American?
Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years, etc.
