Seven different interviews ranging from senior members of the quantitative research, trading and digital implementation teams as well as an external business psychologist and human resources (final interview).
Prior to the business psychologist interview there were was a timed cognitive assessment and two untimed personality questionnaires to complete.
I found there to be very good communication from the recruitment team throughout the process.
The section of the interview with the psychologist (which I was told meant you were down to the final round of candidates) was challenging but exceptionally interesting as the consultant gives very detailed feedback about your answers.
All those that interviewed me were extremely pleasant and asked very reasonable questions that were relevant to the role and my experience rather than trying to catch you out with brain teasers.
I got a very favourable impression of the company from all the people I met during the process. The recruitment team and HR representatives were accommodating, friendly and helpful.
