I submitted my resume and was called about 4 hours later. The next day, I had an in-person interview. Afterwords, they had candidates do a market research report followed by a 2nd interview. They spoke to my current manager and kept him on the phone for half an hour during business hours trying to figure out how much they were paying me. Finally, they asked me to come in for a 3rd time just to offer me the position, which annoyed me since I had to take work off to handle something they could have handled on the phone. Still, the money was good so I accepted... and I still regret the decision entirely.
