1 hour virtual interview then flown in for the panel interview. Panel interview is 4-5 interviewees and 4-5 director and above level at AB. They ask various questions, try to understand the group dynamics, how everyone interacts, if your answers align with their culture principles, being well thought out and sticking to your opinions. Taking a role of not dominating the conversation with everyone there, but making sure your voice is heard - and trying to be one that gets to ask a question meaningful question to the panel at the end.
