I did the application for the Italian Graduate Program, After a CV screening i received 2 online test: a situational strength test and a logical test. After 2 days i was invited to a 1h phone interview. After 15 minutes of generic question on my motivation, I received a Role Play exercise. I was a line manager of ABInBev and i had to solve a business dilemma regarding the lunch of a product. The decision implied Marketing, Communication and production constrains. It is possible to solve the dilemma with different approaches and it is important to show your reasonings. Moreover there are some calculations you will need to do, so it would be better to prepare yourself with an Excel sheet. I am still waiting for an answer about my result. I was informed that if i have passed this part, the next step will be a group interview.
