First there is an interview, then an assessment centre and then a final panel with more candidates. Interviewers are nice and kind, but some questions can be quite hard especially in the final panel

Tell me about the time you broke through tough situations
Business Case: You'll have 40 min to prepare, then go through 10-15 min presentation with an interviewer. There IS right answer, so try to find it. You'll also need to show him/her your numerical skills, business insight and innovative ideas.
