Was contacted by a recruiter. Throughout the course of my first contact to getting hired, the process wa 6 months. The job that they were interviewing me for changed 4 times, and I was stood up at least 3 times by my interviewers. The process was incredibly disorganized and unclear. There is also a hair drug screen which seems quite draconian.

Multiple rounds of virtual interviews, focused on personality and fit with the company culture. Expect to be interviewed by the hiring supervisor, HR and a few members of the team.
