The interview process took around 4 weeks and consisted of a first motivational letter, two different types of online tests and a phone interview. After that, there would have been an assessment day to which though I was not invited. The online steps are pretty easy and aim to test your attitude and logical reasoning. The phone interview, on the other hand, was pretty weird. The questions were pretty common (why should we hire you? what do you think the main challenges in the beer industry are? etc.), but the problem is they were asked by a person reading a script. There was no interaction, you just had to listen to the questions and then had a defined amount of time during which you could perform your monologue. All in all, the process was pretty straight-forward and I had to wait very little to know the results after each step.

Manager : Most of the questions were about the advertising platform they are going to use.

Wasn't too bad. I was thrown a case question that caught me off guard, but know the company and their brands. I had 2 industry guys interview me online, but their camera didn't work so it was me facing a black screen. This was a pipeline role. Mostly behavioral with follow up questions.
