First an online fit test, then a logical reasoning test online, then first round is a simple case where you choose 2 beers from a seasonal product line, and then present your findings to the interviewers and defend your decision. There is no perfect answer and you make sacrifices so just defend the sacrifices you made. Next round is a fit interview, pretty straightforward but some questions were a little difficult. Final round is a group interview.

Initial application with games, Hirevue (asked about celebrities, rockstars and beer associations with them) then final panel with senior stakeholders. Be positive and know the beer industry decently well and you should be fine!

It was video record interview. Queastions were pre recorded. You have a 1 minute to think about your answers. And than you have to record your answer . It should better be video call or in person.
