De sollicitatie procedure is zeer uitgebreid met 8 verschillende rondes. De eerste rondes zijn zeer algemeen en ze worden telkens specifieker. Vanaf ronde 5 in het sollicitatie proces wordt het pas persoonlijk. Hier heb je een telefonisch interview direct gevolgd door een case.

Eén van de vragen was een case over welke nieuwe bieren er interessant zouden zijn in functie van volgend jaar. Bij de bieren waren een aantal seizoensbieren. Welke je wou produceren moest afgeleid worden uit wat de competitie doet en wat je maximaal kan produceren.
