After passing the logical reasoning test, I was invited for a strength-based phone interview and a business case. However, 2 days before the interview I received an email which told me they already found a candidate for the MVP program and they are not looking for more trainees at this time.
This process should be improved in the future, since it is very displeasing that after passing every test you get rejected. In other traineeship interviews there is a final assessment with all the promising candidates to select the best one(s). That would be a better way.
I don't think I will apply for next year's entry. The tests were not that hard though.

- The logical reasoning test were text-based (which I really hate). So, for example, B goes before C and A has to be last, where is D?

Really pleasant process overall, final panel is the determinant stage for the job and this has nothing to do with all your effort for the previous rounds. An overall assessment would be better.

The process lasted approximately three months, from the moment I sent the application to the day of the final panel interview. In general, they are faster than other company I have applied for.

Le plus difficile: entretien vidéo. Insupportable de se filmer tout seul devant son PC avec des questions rapides et sans temps de préparation. N'oubliez pas de sourire et imaginez que vous parlez vraiment à quelqu'un.
Le plus facile: Journée chez eux. Trois activités: interview (très structuré pour éviter tout biais), une situation business (en groupe avec un "client" désagreable), un business game classique.
Tout au long du processus on vous conseille de rester vous-même et vous amuser. J'étais sceptique mais j'ai suivi le conseil, ça a été un facteur déterminant de mon succés.
