After the several online test, comes an english live interview. After that there was a mini phone-interview. Then I had to solve a problem in 30 minutes and explain to the examinators my answer. It was a dessition makin problem. After that there is a gruop interview in wich a game is played. No matter if your team win or loose. It is important how you manage yourself. The last step is a panel interview in front of 3 VP´s. They ask you a lot of questions about actual news, the whant to know what can you bring to the complany from you experiences.
