I first filled out an application online and then completed a series of their tests online. If you receive good result on the test you move to the video interview process. After that it is an in person interview in NY. The in person interview is very intense and they put you into a room of 6 other people interviewing at the same time with you. Be confident and get ready to jump in.

Got selected but had a group discussion round, where the company person was not interested in listening. No one was selected from our group only because the company representative was not listening and was on her phone.

It consisted of Group Discussion round in which only girls had an edge. The next was another GD round followed by interview. The interview was asked on Supply Chain and some technical questions.

There is an aptitude test in which there are games, then there is gd round and then the is a group interview round. Gd and gi are in the same day. They don’t give a lot of time to prepare.
