First they send you a Culture and Aptitude test; once you pass those, you move on to a first round interview (mine was incredibly difficult, much more difficult than the panel interview), and then a final panel interview with senior management (there are 3 other potential interns on the panel with you, they jump back and forth with questions).

Initial application with games, Hirevue (asked about celebrities, rockstars and beer associations with them) then final panel with senior stakeholders. Be positive and know the beer industry decently well and you should be fine!

It was video record interview. Queastions were pre recorded. You have a 1 minute to think about your answers. And than you have to record your answer . It should better be video call or in person.
