The process was a joke. The recruiter was very difficult to interact with and basically not responsive at all. The process started with submitting then a week later asked to have an initial talk. After the initial talk with the first person in the interview process you are then asked to talk with the hiring manager. He missed the first interview fully with no excuse . After reaching out to the recruiter it took 48hrs for her to respond with did you get to talk to him. There was no apology or anything rather just an attempt to reschedule to a week later. At that point after rescheduling the hiring again missed the video interview with no excuses. Again the recruiter took way to long to respond acting surprised that it happened again. Rather then rescheduling she told me she would get back to me after the holidays when his schedule would clear. Being patient I gave 2 weeks before I checked in with her. She didn't respond for a week saying the position was now closed even though it wasn't. Its painfully evident that there is no care at all for candidates time and basically the process was stopped due to the hiring manager feeling a certain way after missing multiple interviews. I honestly hope the company reviews this and questions why this happened and why there is a lack of respect on there end. Just as an fyi to anyone who cares I dont post reviews at all but this process left such a sour taste in my mouth that I felt I would be doing an injustice in not talking about this process and the people involved.
